Welcome to my blog.
My name is Sonal Mangnani, and I've been living in Sydney for past 3 years with my husband. I am originally from Ajmer, a small city in Rajasthan, India - and the flavours of my state reflect very distinctly in my cooking. My blog features very authentic dishes - though you would find some of the modernized versions as well.
By profession, am a Software Engineer but my heart lies with COOKING.
Well, since I was a child - I just loved cooking. I owe my learning to my mom who according to me is the best cook in the world. When I got married, I found myself sharing this love with my mother in law who herself is a great cook!
So, with their expertise and my love, I hope to present the dishes which are not yet discovered in any restaurant.
